A great waterfall rarely seen in the prefecture. Located in the upper stream of Amikake River and has 46-meter height and 43-meter width. Reportedly named after words by Chinese saying "it looks like Ryumon Falls in China," describing the fall. Nankei Tachibana praised the waterfall in his travel piece "Saiyuki". Sokken Yasui cerated "Kanbaku no Fu," a music score based on the fall. Facing the fall is a observatory with a "fall Kannon," one of the municipal cultural properties.
