Introduction

This is a stoned bridge said to be built by Shimazu family to run their gold mine around 1879. Located on "Gold Mine Road" paved from the mine to the Port of Kajiki to carry mined gold ores. "Sakaide Falls", a great 8-meter fall, is just around here in the upper stream. Stand before the bridge and you will see 4 falls running down over a beautiful arch of Kinzan Bridge. Now it's a sightseeing spot and a municipal historic spot with a peaceful view.Fireflies are seen in the early summer, in May and June.
